Simplx.com review: Complete Scam Watch Out! 2

I registered with this website being told it was an official drop shipping website. It has numerous websites, thousands to be exact all from which you can shop from and receive cash back for shopping on them through the simplx.com portal. I paid $250.00 start up fees and $38.95 a month for this service! Only to find out on the first month my cash back check which was supposed to be sent out monthly was no where to be seen 2 months after the start up of this service. I called everyday and received the same message that they were at lunch or were unavailable to receive a phone call. Finally one day I called with blocking my number and suprise someone answered. The lady told me I would not see a check anytime soon because after all their previous lies and excuses the CEO of the company was out of town. I asked when he would be back and for his name, she then told me the check would probably never come! She said she was not even getting paid and i asked if this was a scam. She said not entirely but the CEO had basically neglected the company. He was clearly on vacation and who woudln't be after gaining everyone's money and not paying them back in return. I reported this to my credit card company and lost the dispute because he responded by saying it was a non refundable start up fee. I wanted a refund because I had not been given what i was promised. Watch out for this company, even his employees told me it was a scam. Beware and whatever you do, do not sign up it is the ultimate scam of the scams!
