Simple Bank review: The bank is keeping $9,000

I have a checking account with Simple also known as BBVA Compass. They have defrauded me out of my uc assistance money. They refuse to transfer my money to my linked Citizens account as well as refusing to offer any other information. They refuse to transfer me to supervisors as well as reset my password. They also refuse to allow me to even log into my account to see its activity. My pandemic assistance went in there on accident, because the account was supposed to be closed which is the reason for the account's inactivity. I had no knowledge money was headed for that account. I can't even activate the card they sent me and they refuse to help with that as well. I filed a suit with the senator's office and the federal reserve as well as filed a police report. Steps have had to be taken because I have spoken multiple times with simple and all they tell me is that there is nothing they can do to help me and to wait 24 hours. They have also made strides to avoid me contacting them. I have called them from my phone multiple times to get a new automated message saying they are closed but when I call off a different number they are open and I am redirected to wait on hold for the next available customer service rep. I have also noticed the activation feature was taken off along with the eastern times simple would be open for me to be able to call. Usually when you call a business number with an automated system it says the same exact things unless they change it. Something must be done its Christmas time during a worldwide pandemic. I have a family to take care of as well as bills to pay. I am currently out of work right now and have no more of my savings to live off of. Bills are late which is affecting my credit as well as hurting my renting history for future rental prospects because now I have late rent payments. I know how much they took might not be a lot to simple or you but It's a lot for me to survive off of. I'm not asking you to bad mouth simple or offer assistance I just want to inform you of who you are in bed with.
