Let me give you more details on this ###. His partner, Dannijella Dragas, AKA...Dragon lady, is his cousin. Or, that was what I was told. I met them and their third partner, who will remain nameless because I believe he might has some morals and business ethics, approximately eight (8) months ago in Newport Beach. We met at a Starbucks in the Newport Beach Mall because they don't have an office, where we conducted a conference call. This call was pertaining to a real estate transaction. Signature Capital claims to have or be the primary funding source on their transactions. That is a lie. They are money brokers, scam artists, and have never executed any deals in this space. Months went by and still never a positive word from their 'buyers' They use peole to acquire information about deals. For someone who claims to be in this hotel business, they never heard of any of the deals I brought them, nor could they come up with a qualified buyer. When push came to shove, the cat was out of the bag. When asked to help sell the same Bugatti, things became ugly. Dannijella and her cousin, Dean, once again claimed control over this car, citing it was the best friend of DD. That may have been the case. However, they never mentioned to me that this 'work of art' as DD made out it was already being wildly shopped around at a greatly discounted price. To make a long story short, that vehicle never sold to a Russian, it never left the US, it was sold back to the same dealer where the original owner first purchased it at a deeply discounted price. After weeks of trying to sell this car; even when I was out of the country, with DD was texting night and day, it was clear their desperation was just another sign of false claims. They are nobody, they will never be anybody, and they will get what is coming to them in good time.
Incident happened in 2009. Fred Frune of NY and LA was not a RE agent. He was dabbling as a General Consultant from a range of work such as Entertainment to...? As we were in Newport Beach at the time all three of us decided to meet Fred and John Curley his consultant partner at a convenient Starbucks where many meetings do seem to take place openly by many professionals, it was a convient place for Fred and John to meet we thought as they were coming from LA. Signature does not need an office as we are a Private Equity Investor and do not entertain clients or need office space at that time. The deal he bought to us was for a project in Costa Rica that had not broken ground yet. The details were manly shared by him on the phone, with little if any real detail for the opportunity. We entertained his vigor to get the deal done as an "agent" or "consultant" but as the project was grossly over priced for the market at the time and lending in the USA let alone project overseas in 2009 was at best impossible, while the USA banking system crashed and struggled even to this day 2011. We passed. Fred Frune became enraged and sent myself and the consultant Dean (who is neither my cousin or my relative) but an independent commercial consultant an email that to this day is with my attorneys as a threat to "make your life a misery especially when Karma is a ### and laid out by me". I believe that Fred who had romantic notions to add to this rather unsavory slander on everyone was rather upset when I turned down many dinner invitations to take me out to dinner, and starting getting very personal about my family with questions etc. After I told Fred to stop his personality became very harassing and to a single woman a threat. The Bugatti was owned by my friend who asked if I could assist her find a buyer. Not knowing that industry I asked my contacts for assistance, Fred stated he had many industry buyers and jumped right in. When he could not produce a buyer or buyer with a Proof of Funds - he tried to reach my female friend owner himself before going to London leaving everyone hanging for over a week after he claimed he had a buyer, hence why we tried to text him on many attempts, his phone was switched off. The car was sold quietly and resold without any need of Fred who then decided to take the incident to another level of frustration on his part. I have taken advice from council as a single woman not to reply to the above claim, it has not effected my life, my family, friends, reputation or business. Woman CANNOT ALLOW ANY MAN TO VIOLATE THEM, SLANDER THEM OR TRY TO EXTORT MONEY FROM THEM. I HOPE MY BOLD STANCE IN THE FACE OF SUCH ADVERSITY AND EVIL WILL SHOW MANY OTHERS THAT ---- JUST SAY NO ---- AND DO THE RIGHT THING BY INTEGRITY, HONESTY AND IT WILL ALL WORK OUT IN THE END. I hope that Fred has found peace, love and light in his life and the stress of 2009 world markets and economy may have caused his anger and mental breakdown.
