This is with reference to my clothes dryer which i had bought from your santacruz showroom
EVOLUTION BRAND, at the time of purchase when we inquired with them regarding spare
parts and service they told us that madam it is a siemens product you just donot have to worry.

Now my machine is spoilt and when i called up your service centre they are not even willing to talk properly
and give a proper reply, they are telling us just get it done from a local person, but i asked them from where do
i get the spare parts the answer is we do not know. If i have bought the machine from siemen with company's guarantee i am expecting the company to do something. I would appreciate if you would look into this matter and let me know immediately.

The heating coil has got spoilt.

When I purchased my evolution drier from Siemens show room the product was on display . I enquirer why evolution brand is in a Siemens show room. The sale person informed that the brand is marketed by Siemens and on enquiring on after sales service they said Siemens will do it. Now that convinced me to by the product. After two years the machine stopped working and on calling upon the Siemens service centre I was shocked about there behaviour and attitude . They sorry we no longer market nor service this brand product . Inspire of repeated tries ... I was disappointed and disgusted with the brand Siemens. I will never ever buy a Siemens product nor will I promote the brand.
The machine capacitor had stopped working which I finally managed to change it with a similar volt capacitor after altering the wires.

I've had the same experience. The distributors / dealers asked me to call a local mechanic who said he wouldn't find the parts. I then called the Siemens customer service centre and literally bulldozed them into accepting the complaint. They said that the model number DR650 is not correct etc. but I was insistent so the mechanic should hopefully come in. For those of you in Mumbai the number is [protected] not sure if this will work in other cities.

I absolutely agree with all of you guys. I bought the same from Croma and they told me that its a Siemens product. Siemens refuses to even speak properly and help out. Companies like Siemens should be taken to task, and people be made aware of such companies. No service, no help, nothing... you buy and you suffer.

It has been a miserable experience having bought Evolution brand dryer. We were told by Croma that this is Siemens brand and that Siemens will provide service. Siemens now tells us this is not their brand, and they are not ready to service. Even Croma is refusing to provide us contact of a service cente who can repair the dryer.

I am going through similar problem. My Siemens DR650 dryer (evolution model) also has got into a problem in terms of broken DRUM to bearing (in rear) rivets and Siemens has bluntly told that they dont service it anymore. This seems very bad of a brand like Siemens that they havent owned up for a product they are servicing. Kindly let me know if anyone could repair. I am in Bangalore.

I agree with the complaint posted above...our evolution clothes dryer brought through Siemens is on the blink. A fan needs to be replaced but siemens says the machine is outdated and they have nothing to do with it. This is completely disheartening. If i could access the spare part i could repair the machine locally . How do i get the matching fan?
Does anybody know
