I have sent Siebel Vision Surgery Center proof of payment for $190.36 on 5 different occasions and am still getting threatening bills. I have contacted their business office on 6 different occasions and spoken with them directly as well as the office manager. They are harassing me for a bill that was paid and cleared my bank on 4/14/22 and I have sent them proof on numerous occasions by email and USPS. See copy of cancelled check.
I would like to file a formal complaint against Dr. Barry Seibel since obviously no one is capable of getting this resolved and I am being harassed every month regarding a bill which was paid in April.
I have been a patient of this office for over 35 years and this is no way to treat a long time patient.
Desired outcome: I would now like to be reimbursement for the $190.36 since they have wasted an enormous amount of my time due to their inefficiency as well as a letter of apology from Dr. Siebel.Thank you.
