Sichuan Xinbang Times Automobile Group Co Ltd review: Auto import

We are international vehicle buyers who entered into a commercial contract with SICHUAN XINBANG TIMES AUTOMOBILE GROUP CO.,LTD. (四川新邦时代汽车集团有限公司). Our main point of contact was Andy Zhou, whom we communicated with via WhatsApp at +[protected]. We also directly escalated the matter to the General Manager, Liu Dairong, contacting him via email, WeChat, and direct phone calls. 
The company's registered address is No. 6, 1st Floor, Building 12, No. 139 Liuhe Road, Jinjiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China. We were instructed to wire funds to their corporate account at JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., Hong Kong Branch (Account No.: 200000000001090). 
Despite receiving our payment, the company failed to deliver the vehicles as stipulated in our contract. For over 4 months, they have used stall tactics, repeatedly telling us to wait for a refund that never arrives.
We reported this supplier to their host platform, Made-in-China.com (store: xinbangcar.en.made-in-china.com). Upon investigation, Made-in-China customer support officially closed and suspended their account. The platform notified us that this closure was due to our complaint alongside new additional complaints from other buyers.
We subsequently filed an administrative complaint with the local Market Regulation Bureau in China. The Bureau confirmed the dispute but stated they do not have the authority to forcibly extract a refund from the supplier's bank accounts.
We are now preparing evidence for a civil lawsuit in the Chinese court system. We are posting this to establish a public record of their business practices. If there are other buyers who have lost money to Sichuan Xinbang Times, Andy Zhou, or Liu Dairong, please reply to this thread. We are looking to consolidate our legal evidence to establish a clear pattern of non-performance for the courts.

Full return of our contractual deposit/payment and compensation for legal fees.
