On the 1 May 2016 my daughter fell at sibiya inside the magic company and injured her ankle. My husband was given incorrect medical advice from the Netcsre paramedic staff at the magic company did not help footage was seen by sibiya manager who said he will submit to their insurance they made me run around phone around.My daughter has a hard plaster 5 weeks the expenses of running around and maintaining my daughter in this condition now they say I should speak to magic company as the incident took place there but sibiya has the footage its their paramedic and magic company is in their premises why should they send me to others inconsiderate as to what my child is going through they giving away cars every week but cannot be fair to my kid she will have to be reviewed then if it healed she will have to go for physio she missed so many days of school in between her dad has to be with her to take her to and from school they didn't even say they will comprnsate for medical and other exprnses they said magic company is liable the public should know as your board indicates do not leave kids under 6 years of age my daughter is 9 and does not speak about kids must not run in that area even the footage will show the magic company staff did not even go to ser what happened right I front of them which means the game room I'd really not safe
