Short Block Technologies Inc aka SBT review: Traction mats for boat

I ordered traction mats from SBT.com as they were referred to me as a great company. A lot of my mats were disfigured when they arrived. I called SBT about this and was told they would replace these mats, that I didn't need to send them back and it would take a few months for replacement. The mats were usable but were squished and disfigured and for $1800 they shouldn't be. Of course we don't want 1/2 of a boat with traction mats and not the other so we installed all of them while we wait for the replacement parts to come in - should be winter time by then. Now boating season is here again and no replacement parts. I called and talked to the same lady and all of the sudden SBT will not replace my parts and act as if I messed them up while they are on my boat.. I sent them proof that these were disfigured before we even touched them. My error is.. I should have send them back for a full refund, but I trusted this company to stand by their word and have good customer service. They do not. I would not buy from here again.
