Stay away from 3dcart shift 4 shop!
They changed the name because they have so many complaints as 3dcart!
I am customer since years and now I am done, every week they upgrade their kids made software, full of bugs, so you get disconnected all your api, or you lose customers, or is slow it times out. And if you try their tech support well is better you ask your dog as your dog knows more that their technicians. And when you scream and finally they pass you to the one person who can understand and do something, after all your pain and losses be prepared to the rude attitude as they treat you like s...!
Do not go with ship4shop as they think your business is a game like the ones my kids plays. Shift4shop is fraud

Agree 100%. It takes several minutes to recognize my login to the administrative end of my site and at least several minutes to go from section to section of the the administrative menu. I was a long-time satisfied customer of 3dcart and have noticed a complete degradation in the ability of the site to function ever since the takeover by shift4 took place. It is now almost impossible to get anything done such as filling a phone order, adding a new product, updating my inventory, or any other routine task that must be performed on my site. Their constant "updates" are a joke and each one seems to make things worse than before. They have been promising now for more than three months to move my site to another server which they say may improve things. Frankly, I doubt it and also can not get an explanation on why it is taking so long to accomplish this "move". They are ruining my business and I am exploring other sites that I can use to host my website. I am also planning to file a complaint against shift4 with the Better Business Bureau.

I absolutely agree. I have been trying to onboard for 3 months. Their webmaster service can do the tasks they advertise. Every time you call customer service, they tell you that your problem is another department and they will create a ticket. The problems never get resolved. I have tried for 7 days to upgrade my plan so I can use an authorize.net processor. Something so easy, 2 tickets later, and referred to the "billing department" - emailed - 24 hours, no response. They can't solve any issue.
Don't entrust your business to this platform. It is horrible.
