Considering you demand 100% upfront for all orders and then don't deliver the goods there now is a serious money cloud over your company and customers should be aware of your dishonesty at Shepherd Golf. As the owner of Shepherd Golf, it's my job to let the world know the shameless person, Travis McLean, our formal agent and the owner of Custom Golf Bags Australia, is an ugly liar. In the past 3 years he repeatedly cheated us on the payment to our company. Again and again he lied to us on the payment due, and the jerk even forged the bank slip many times, in exchange of the shipment before money was truly paid. I served in my career of golf for more than 20 years, and I have never seen such disgusting person, making money out of the blood and sweat of his suppliers. I have all the evidences ready and will be totally responsible of what I have claimed here, that guy is a shameless criminal and shall be arrested by the Australian government.
