I bought my package from alibaba.com and my supplier sent through Yuantong Express. Here is their address:

Luna Lee who is sale representative received my package on behalf of Shenzhen Yuanxun International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd.
When I approached Luna Lee to ship my package to Nigeria she said I should pay 36usd. Later she said I should paid 29usd. I told her I could not only pay 25usd. She later asked me to send my package to her. When the package reached her warehouse said a link that I should pay 98usd to ship the package to Nigeria. I told her that: that was not the agreement. I told her to send my package back to my supplier because she deceived me and she was also dubious. She said I should pay for her to send my package to back to my supplier.

Desired outcome: I want my package to be sent back to my supplier.
This is fraud company. They are cheaters. Never use them. I sent them my packing list and they told me a price. We agreed and they asked to send shipment to their warehouse. When I sent they started to reply very slow. After 1 week, they said they can't ship my products. I told them to send my shipment back, but they asked a lot of money as warehouse fee. Finally I had to pay this fee to get my shipment back and wasted 1 week of time.
This is big fraud company , they take my all package , they are robber , , don’t be in trap of this scamming company. They are still on alibaba platform and scamming the customers
I am also liaising with the company below for transporting my goods from China to UK. The mentioned they are SGS verified.
The company told me their air freight charge is around 7$/kg , after they collected the goods they said the charge has gone and they need around 15$/kg.
The goods still with them and they are demanding increased rate ...
Sadly, the person responsible for Customer service also don’t resolve the issue ...
It is an absolute nightmare ...
This is the trick that they are using to exploit buyers. We will not stop talking and we will continue to expose their fraudulent activities. Don't give up keep pressurizing them if there is any way to report them to any organization use it to expose them.
