Shenzhen Swift Trading Co., Ltd. review: Unethical business conduct 1

Hi

I am from Acots Print Pack. I want to file a complaint against Shenzhen Swift Trading Co., Ltd

They are violating customs law by doing fraud, we asked them to process one of our shipments but they are not able to update us on how our package reached HK. When we asked for a return they demanded RMB500 as a handling fee which is unethical.

We are ready to pay only if

1) They can tell us why they are not shipping from mainland china. They are routing the shipment from HK.
2) They cleared HK customs today as per what they told us but we have not supplied then an invoice, so how customs allowed movement of the package without a legit invoice.

Kindly register a complaint against them.
