Filed homeowners claim for the very first time william nesbit come out to my home without me being aware to look at damage I am very disappointed because I wanted to be present he wasnt willing to come backout to home instead he suggested that he will assign someone else to come out I have tried to reach out to william nesbit to ask him to put in writing that shelters insurance want be able to replace or repair my home he is not responding I need to be contacted at [protected]
