I placed an order with she swiss on 11th july for some face cream. I change my mind the same day and cancelled the order. I immediately emailed she swiss to explain and request a full refund. They sent me an email confirming my cancellation saying it would take about 4 weeks to be able to send me my refund. They are now not replying to my emails. How can I get a refund?
