Sharjah Driving Institute review: Bike driving license file

I've registered my file since Dec 2021 and it's April 2022 now still my classes have not started I have done the theory test in December itself and then they told me come next week.. since then I've been following up with them I keep calling and everytime they will confirm at the call centre that I will get a call today, but no one ever called, I've got furious on the phone several times but no use. I've already paid the advance for the classes in December 2021. This is way beyond acceptable after 6 months they close the file as per policy and now 4 months already gone I can't understand what do they want really.
