I used Shadow PC for a couple of months with no problems, and then the performance suddenly dropped. Games were lagging, stuttering, and even basic updates inside Shadow were failing. The app showed a “degraded node,” so the issue was clearly on their side.
Nothing changed on my end. I have stable fiber internet and even updated the NVIDIA version they recommended. The service just stopped working properly.
Support gave generic explanations that didn’t match what was happening and tried to shift the blame onto me. They also refused a refund even though the service wasn’t usable.
Posting this so others know what to expect.
