S&H Electronic Services review: Need the correct part or my money back.

I ordered a electric blanket switch, once received it was the incorrect switch. I send them 3 mails with the order number and pictures of the correct and incorrect switch and the model number.

The switch I need got 2 slots on the on side and 1 on the other side.

I order the correct switch. Send me RHQEB-01 and I need RHQEB

The last two responds I receive from them is as below:

Please note the supplier does not have stock of the part that you are looking for and we can not take back the ones that you have purchased from us.

Please note the Russel Hobbs Electric Blanket Switch (RHQEB-01) there are two types of blanket switches, and this is an item we can not take back as it is non-returnable.

Very bad service.
