Service Mac review: Mortgage

Closed on the home we owned in July 2022. Service Mac owes us our $3171.75 in escrow. Called late August because we had not received it. They said would send right away. Still have not received. When I called their phone number, it states open Mon-Fri 8:30am-5 eastern. I called three times today, after 10am eastern, and it just goes to voice recording stating hours of operations. No one answers phone. They should not be collecting interest off my escrow for all these months.
