Serenity Beauty SalonWas attacked by the store owner!

About 1 1/2 years ago I used this salon where the lady did a french paint, she messed it up and the owner gave me my R60 back. Recently myself and my boyfriend decided to give the place a second chance and we both made a booking for our hair to be done. I was happy with my cut and paid accordingly, my boyfriend however was not happy at all. He complained about his hair and said he shouldnt be made to pay full price after the shabby job that they had done. The owner then told him that there was nothing wrong with his hair, she went to the door, locked us in and said we are not leaving until we pay them !!! I told her we werent going to pay until they fixed his hair and she refused. She then grabbed my wallet out of my hand, took my cards out and tried to do the transaction herself! I then said I was going to call security at which point I got my phone out, she then attacked me and tried to wrestle my phone from me so I couldnt call anyone! OUT OF HER MIND??? I THINK SO!!! A scuffle broke out and I got my phone back from her and called security. The girls then proceeded to fix his hair, we paid and left . This is the worst type of crazy I have ever experienced in my life!!! They are based in Black River Park in Observatory. If you going there be sure not to complain as you might get attacked and held against your will in the store!!!

I am the owner of Serenity in South Africa, and this was reported in 2017 - it was resolved with the relevant parties and should be removed. the additional comment relates to a place in Canada and was reported in 2013 with no association.
