Made purchase on 23 April 2023… never received my goods at all. Email went unanswered, WhatsApp the contact number they gave but kena blue ticked, tried leaving comments on their IG page but also no replies. Starting to think this website was set up as a total scam…just to trick people into paying for stuff they will never receive, and maybe to farm credit card and other personal information. The website looks damn legit and even got IG page and all. Anyone else made purchases from here? Just putting this out here hopefully people will be aware and not get scammed like I did.

Desired outcome: Please refund, and take down your website if you’re no longer operational.
I was scammed too of $119. When I put complaints in their IG comments, it was immediately deleted. So others could not read it. I tried to get my bank to reverse the charges but cannot cos the transaction had went through. No way to recover my losses.
I also got scammed by them. Says 4-6 days to deliver but has been a month. Doesn't wanna reply my email or IG message. Comments I left on their page were also hidden by the scammer
Order has no update for one month. Attempted to contact seller on Instagram, email, phone, sms and whatsapp. Website continue to show update / promotion. Suspect seller has ill intent.
Total scam. Sensesilk changed their instagram and facebook, and also throw in Valentines day promotion of 25%, but I have not received any response for my order that havent been delivered for over two months. Do not buy from Sensesilk.
