Seneca smokeshop fraud. They took my money December 10, 2010 and its february now. They have not delivered and blame the shipping company...really shady stuff going on at this smokeshop which used to be the best of the best companies for cigs. you ask for tracking on the item and they dont give you an y information at all. You get the constant run-around "they will come this week", nope. "They will come this week we are sure" and NOTHING! 6 weeks straight of dealing with this and a fake shipping company "RPSDELIVERS", what a bogus company, its not even a real shipper, probably just some guy with a van. and Im tired of it. Its like they didnt even ship out the cigs, just took the money and ran.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I placed an order for seneca cigs on august 11, and here it is 42 days later and no product. I called the number and left it ring a dozen times and no answer. I called rps deliver.com and was told to leave a complaint on late orders.

I placed my order with Senecca Smoke Shop on July 7th 2011, and it is now August 6th, and still waitng. All I get is a runaround, and told them that I live in a secure building. They keep saying, that ot put an RPS hanger on my door, and I keep saying, would make no difference. I live in a secure building, meaning I am the only one that can let them in! They have to use and code, which I gave them, and I am the only one that can let them in. This happened before, and the prior smoke shop had to ship Fed Ex, before going out of business. RPS is the worst shipping company, and today I will call and get my money back. I've had enough!
I ordered from another from another distributor – Crazy Horse Wholesale (http://www.crazyhorsewholesale.com or http://www.smokershq.com – same thing). Placed the order back in May and they took my $$ within days. Now, more than 2 months later still no delivery. Called and left many messages – no reply. Finally they decided to answer one of my emails. They told me that my order was delivered in June and even presented me with my fake signature. The distributor blames RPS Deliveries and does not offer more than an apology. They also tried to blame this on "customer’s negligence" because I did not have the required door hanger outside. They offered no explanation on how a piece of paper was supposed to survive hanging on my door all these months. No word on where the fake signature came from either. The distributor claims to have forwarded my complain to RPS Deliveries. They have yet to reply.

Seneca Smokeshop and RPS (Regional Postal Services) are legitmate companies. Current Legal Photo IDs showing your name, DOB (age=21 or older), and correct address are required prior to placing any orders for tobacco products via any legitimate online tobacco seller.
Regarding slow deliveries, Seneca Smokeshop will tell you via phone it will take 2 to 3 weeks to receive your order via RPS, a private courier service. Per an RPS phone message, standard delivery time is approximately 10 days.
IF you do not receive your order within 2 weeks AFTER THE SHIPPING DATE; call the Seneca Smokeshop. IF you do not receive a callback; call and/or send an email to both the Smokeshop & RPS. IF you do not receive your order within another 7 days, call and/or email both businesses again. I had an order misrouted. The smokeshop called and told me multiple orders were missing for my State. After another week passed, with no additional responses; I sent a new email inquiry to both the smokeshop and RPS.
RPS called; after my package was found, and promptly delivered it. IT is very important for you to place an RPS signed Delivery Release Authorization form on your front door or other pre-arranged delivery location; if you want your package delivered during the original delivery attempt. RPS cannot leave your package at your delivery location; if you are not personally available; unless you have personally signed the RPS Delivery Authorization Release form; and it is available for the RPS courier. RPS will provide you a form download website with instructions; after they have received your original order for shipping.

What is the telephone number for the RPS Delivery and can you send a link to there sight
I am wondering do you have a telephone number for the shop shop Indian smoke Shop on line...this is a completely other sight...I tried calling them at a number that was on line and you only get a women answering after you press 2 and then they hang up...also the shipping company returned a phone message and I wasn't able to get back to them, I like to check into this further because if this is a scam at the sight Indian Smoke ShopOnline.com then I think everyone should know about this.
PS...The SenecaSmokeShop itself it not a fraud...they do deliver

my mother oredered cigs a month ago and still nothing read the complaint and called for my money back. hope all ends well.
I also ordered through Seneca Smoke Shop and had the same no delivery problem. I read your complaint yesterday and thinking I'd never see my delivery or $ again, called Seneca SmokeShop this morning to request my $ back. Low and behold this afternoon RPS delivered my order. A month and a half later but at least its not a scam as I feared. The funniest part is if you call Sececa S.S. and RPS Delivery the recording for both sound like the same guy, adding to my fear that it was all a big scam.
