I really like SelfDecode! It's a cool health tool that I haven't seen anywhere else. The customer service is great too, which is always a plus. It's helped me learn a lot about my body and health, which is super important. I'm grateful for it! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about themselves.

So, I bought two SelfDecode genetic tests for my family members on September 11th, 2022. They signed up on the SelfDecode website, but they never got the test kits. We've been messaging SelfDecode over and over again, showing them our proof of purchase, but they haven't responded at all. It's been a real headache, and we're pretty frustrated. We're even considering asking Mastercard to give us our money back. It's a shame, because we were really excited to try out SelfDecode and see what insights we could get from our genetic data. But if they can't even get the basics right, we're not sure we want to trust them with something as important as our DNA. Hopefully they'll get their act together soon and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve.

The reports they sent me were about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. But if you're like me and actually want to know what's going on with your DNA, then you're better off going with Promethease. At least they have real references to actual science documents that you can use to make informed decisions about your health.

And let me tell you, some of the suggestions SelfDecode gave me were so off the mark that they might as well have been directed at someone else. I mean, I'm well past middle age, so if I had any issues, they would have shown up by now. But nope, SelfDecode didn't even come close to addressing my past or present health problems. And don't even get me started on their suggested workarounds. I mean, sure, it might be tempting to try and avoid seeing a doctor and just do what SelfDecode tells you to do, but that could be a huge mistake. What works for one person might not work for another, and you could end up making things worse for yourself.

Look, I get it. It can be scary to try and figure out what's going on with your health. But putting all your faith in SelfDecode is not the answer. Trust me, I've been there, and it's not pretty. You're better off doing your own research and making informed decisions based on what you find. Don't fall for the fake reviews out there. This is the real deal, folks.
