Sayso Projects review: Complaint

I bought a site/ land only to find for the amount of R70 000 under this company called Sayso Projects on the 07/02/2022. They emailed me my agreement of sale with a Deed grant. A week later I wanted to go and clean the site so that I can start with building the house but to my surprise that the land or site was sold to someone else.

I called the offices to them about what transpired. The Manager advised that he was not aware that the site was been sold again and he cant get hold of the person that sold the site but since the money was deposited to the company's account he will pay back the money.

I have been calling every week to request for payment an emailing and finally they paid R30 000 and promised to pay me the R40 000 (which is the balance of the money) in 2 weeks. Its been a month and I am calling the offices and sending emails for payment but its either he is not in or I am getting a promise that is never fulfilled. I do not what to do or where to turn to now.

I am quite disappointed with the services that I have recieved thusfar and mostly I need my money back.
