Savvy Deal review: non delivery of product

I ordered a electronic razor from a company called Savvy Deals and my payment went to your company. I ordered this product on the 18th of April 2019 and still haven't received my product. i have sent numerous emails inquiring about this delivery but keep receiving the same generic email as a response. Could you please investigate.
