Good day, the parcel i'm complaining about sent from hongkong and it has arrived in saudi arabia last may 3, 2018. I tracked my parcel and it says that it has arrived at your olaya parcel station 2 last may 10, 2018 and until now it haven't been deliver to the recipient, that parcel is for door to door delivery. Kindly check the parcel,

Trying to get a parcel delivered to the recipient, that I sent from the US to Riyadh. The parcel already has been in the post office for the past 2 weeks, and you are refusing to cooperate to deliver to the recipient. The original recipient left Riyadh due to last minute work emergency, so me as the sender and the original recipient granted official permission through stamped letters and passport copies to please provide the package to the new recipient. And the post office is just refusing. They are so stubborn on receiving the code that they sent via “WhatsApp” to the original recipients phone number. Who sends a code on WhatsApp? The recipient has lost the SIM card during that time and they don’t have it. Now they found it again, but WhatsApp doesn’t store or receive old sent messages. We asked them to send the code via WhatsApp now again since now we have it open, they are just saying no, we don’t know who sends the code and we can’t send it anymore. If you guys run the business and don’t know who sends the codes, who knows then? Second, please be more responsible and secure and send an official code via “Text Message” and NOT WhatsApp. WhatsApp is not secure, and you can’t receive the text anymore if for whatever reason you didn’t have the SIM card activated in that exact moment. Whereas if you sent the code via Text Message, the Recipient would have been able to receive the code even after 2 weeks.

I can’t believe the level of not wanting to cooperate and actually deliver the package to the recipient.
We want the package delivered and you want the same. We both want the same thing, so why are you making it so impossible and now you will have to discard that package?
