I applied for SASSA old age grant 3 years ago. I've submitted all of my documents several times and had been to the offices for months. I applied online as well. I have not received any information from them, except to say that my case is closed. Now their email address is not working, they have no regard for the public, closing the doors early. The corruption at SASSA is disgusting especially for older people.

Desired outcome: I am registered on their website but have had no feedback. I deserve this grant.
