Sasol Skinner Street Pretoria review: Petrol not reading in my car

On the 31st July 2023 I was at Sasol skinner street and piur in 4ltr of petrol, amounting to R100. Before they started the pump I was on was malfunctioning then was asked to reverse 2 the other pump, for which when I moved my petrol ddnt even move a bit, the petrol light was on. I spoke 2 them and they were so dismissive they gave me a till slip which I dnt dispute what is on. However, it does not change that my petrol did not move and the light is on. Saw the manage who then said it is every person's excuse as if I would decide 2 scam people on the last day of the month. Then there was Ouma a lady who was cleaning who had alot to say in vernacular to the extent that when I said I will complain about her she said "wanyela" (sotho insult) when I was in the car. This one Ouma I ask that she calls with an apology and be taken for customer service skill workshop or taught work ethics.
