August 31, 2022. We were on our way home from shopping. Suddenly the car gave a chug and jerk. My wife said she heard a bang, but I did not. I took my foot off the gas to listen to the motor. I could hear something rattling as we were coasting along the road. we were slowing down, so I pressed on the gas pedal to speed up a little. No response. So, I coasted to the shoulder of the road.

I called a tow truck to have it towed to Hyundai Dealer for service.

I spoke with the Service Department, and they said it may take a couple of days before they could get it in to diagnose the problem. Not counting weekends or Holiday, my vehicle has still not moved. It has now been 8 business days and the vehicle has not moved. I've called service twice myself about the status of my vehicle. The same answer both times. "We are very swamped here and trying our best. As soon as we get a chance to look at it, we'll give you a call.

Really. 8 business days and you didn't have one chance to diagnose this vehicle. Ridiculous. Tomorrow is September 14, 2022. Terrible service if you ask me.

Desired outcome: I feel that the vehicle should have been diagnosed by now with a telephone call explaining the details of the problems. In this time frame the car should have been repaired and back to me for my continued use.
