Sanuki Cooperation review: Unfulfilled order rosa bus

I'm writing to report concerns about sanuki corporation, a japanese exporter..
Am a zambian aged 42 years and I ordered a rosa bus from sanuki cooperation in november 2025 for $12500, the quote w as given to me on 13th november and a 50% payment $6250 (see attached copy as proof of payment) was done based on the attached quotation
The money was received by the company on 20th november 2025, from that time there has been stories after stories from their sales rep called brad steven, was told that the the location of the bus there was tsunami and could not be transported, several vehicles were showed to me by their sales rep brand steven but non of them were up to my standard because they were on poor quality
On 27th january 2026 another vehicle was found by me I showed and told that is the bus I wanted, with below details with a shipping date of 18th febvruary 2026, I have been waiting from that date because they told me they are transporting the car to yokohama up from a different town, I waited, 18th I was told by brad steven that date of shipping has changed to 21st, which I understood, on 21st I have calling them to find out of the bus has been loaded, to my surprise, the brad steven told me that bus could not not be transported because it had an oil leak (seal oil),
I asked them why the vehicle was purchased without being inspected by their mechanic and just got stories and stories
They are now saying, they will work on the oil leak and some other items discovered on the condition report and then send the bus to africa
Please help me so that these guys sanuki cooperation send my bus, that is where I feed my family on and have been holding on to my money for months now
This compay is turnishing the image of exporters in japan and am sure as a country we dont need such to cordial relations to exist
