Purchased in February online = Samsung washer/dryer. Was not installed but returned on delivery RXO truck. Samsung is not crediting me with the return, and it's been going on all these months. I am getting late charges and TD Bank is phoning me several times a day. If I answer, they disconnect. Seems like all this is some kind of scam?
