I prefer Sam's Choice GF bread over Franz but lately the bread is soggy and apparently not thoroughly baked. So much so that even though the loaf has been sliced, the slices won't even come apart easily. I have found that this soggy bread becomes molded long before the expiration date on the package even when refrigerated. I purchased this product at the Smelterville,Idaho Walmart Store on October 3, 2025. It had an expiration date of 10/16/2025. It cost $6.74 and isn't the first time I found this bread to be soggy.

Claimed loss: I'm not claiming a loss. I just want them to address an obvious problem.
Desired outcome: Better quality GF bread. I can't eat regular bread because I am gluten intolerant. Franz GF bread is sometimes molded as soon as I buy it. Sam's Choice is getting almost as bad.
