They charge us an annual fee and monthly fee and know i found out they are cancelling everyones Visa acoounts it would have been nice for a notice before they cancelled everyones accounts. I wantmy money I paid to them for this credit card back.
I too had a gold salute visa card and have had it for a couple of years. I really had no problems before and my credit limit went up fromthe original amount gradually to $700 and then suddenly with no notice at all, I check my account status on the internet and it shows no balance or credit limit. You can't see the companys phone number on the back of the card because it is so small and under the imprint of something on the front, also the number is not on the website. I found a recent statement and called the number and was told all the accounts in the program were cancelled and that a letter had been sent out in the mail on November 4th. (whick I had not received). Thanks alot for the advance notification! W"hat if I had used the card and it was declined. I would have been embarrassed and angry. Also that credit limit availability was a security I needed, I had worked for and earned and now its suddenly gone! Where is our economy going?

I do not know how these Company works, but I"m really upset.I can't even make a payment today because of a 'simple' error in their system!? Not only the short information that they canncel by the way the creditcard without any reason, these people their working for them on the phone, they are incompetent
and kinda dumm.Sorry to say these things, but hanging over an hour on the phone to get only some information and they make me look like i'm to stuppid
to give a right website in, makes me even more upset. I was told to call again tomorrow(than is the problem fixed...jepp) and i wouldn't have to pay a $13.95 fee for telefon payments...it's getting ridiculous...wow i never had so much 'fun' before...feel sorry for all other customer...don't insult my intelligence...!

I have 3 credit cards owned by the same company. tribute and salute. I have been making large payments because they are not giving me the interest rate promised. I am going to pursue the legality of this further. Has anyone else? I will keep you posted if I hear anything! I hope you all do the same. Something is clearly not right and this needs to be figured out. We shouldn't have to keep paying any type of a fee for a card that is no longer available that we payed on.
