Sally Jean Alexander review: Purchesed a DVD and never received it

I ordered a DVD from her after taking an online soldering class. It was never sent. I saw Sally in person and she gave an excuse of having to copy the DVD's one at a time and when she got home (she was in California teaching) she would send it. I sent many emails with no response. Sent a letter and it was returned. Called Paypal and my credit card company to no avail because too much time had passed. With all the complaints on the BBB web site and this web site I am convinced that she is not an ethical business person and scams many people in the course of her business.
