From summer of 2014 there have been incidents of property damage done by members of the HOA. Videos were taken and presented to Law authorities for verification purposes as well as kept on file for future reference. Just recently on several occasions, board member who reside across the street has the tendency of looking out of her window reporting back to other board members of my comings and goings, purchases as well as spying on a daily ongoing basses.

After retiring from the Phila. Police Dept., I created the most beautiful garden in the development. Due to her jealousy. she and or other board member had someone to vandalize my property. Stippling away many shrubs and foliage to which not only make my property attractive but take away its security. When I replaced the openness with a temporary fence, The manager stated that I must remove it because it was ugly and if I don't they will remove it at my expense. On serval occasions the HOA along with their board members have applied several unexplainable charges to my account for payment. When asked to explain what they were she stated that the majority of the $,4500. were atty fees and late charges. I have been told that the board members' pick and choose who to intimidate, who pay dues, and who abide by the rules and who doesn't.

Due to the ongoing intimidation. Several cameras, motion lights, and dogs. were acquired in order to feel safe within the home The reasoning behind my belief is due to the fact that they and other homeowners dislike my garden due to the fact that it doesn't co-inform with the rest of the homes within the development.' Several police reports were made and were confirmed and document that someone within the development committed the vandalism. Both were done in the same area. When complaint was made to the manager of the HOA She stipulated that she cannot and will not do anything about it. and she have no control over what others do within the development.

In April of this year, the board members request that their attorney go into my bank account, retrieving any any all dues owed without my knowledge, notification and or permission. When they discovered that they could not continue to extract monies, they request that the sheriff dept. take any and all property of value from the premise for audit purposes in or to make whole of dues owed.

For the past twenty years the HOA board members have not done anything to my property to account for the amount charged annually. Landscaping and any other property management is done by he homeowner and the homeowner alone.

Prior to posting this complaint I've post same complaint on google as to which it was hidden days after it was posted. Due to the complaint the manager ordered that I remove it. When denied she stated that she will do what she have to due to protect her lively hood. I took that as an ongoing threat.

I have just recently made a request to settle any problems with the Atty. of the HOA which was ignored therefore unsettled. I would very much for whoever reads this will look into the post to which was placed on google. for further as well as the photos submitted. I was told by the Manager of this company when making a complaint that she as a manager is not responsible for the rules, and or by laws. which are changed randomly, governed and instituted by its board members.

After my husband and myself retired as Police Officers, all we ask is to be left alone. The board member who reside across the street refuse to accept it therefore continue to intimidate us to the point of complete solitude.
