Exactly 9:58 AM on May 13, we got our hotel door basically kicked in by security and a employee which alarmed me to run to the door as I was NAKED coming out of the shower.

They threaten me immediately to open the door in a intimidating voice. When they banged on the door they shouted out “security”. When I slightly open the door the employee of Sahara as well as the security told me I needed to go down to guest services as there was an issue. I advised them that I was NAKED I needed to get my clothing on. They looked at me and smirked and told me I had five minutes to get my clothes on. As I was trying to get my clothes on they kept kicking and banging on the door. They began to be very aggressive and it scared me. At this point my children were scared and my anxiety started to act up as I started to panic not knowing what the problem was. Security and the worker of Sahara waited outside my door as if I was a criminal.

When I arrived at guess services they mentioned there was a balance that they tried to collect, but I explained to them that we were not due to check out until 11 AM which at that time any balance can be taken care of, as it is when we close out our account to part home. The way they approached my hotel room and demanded I come downstairs immediately was very disrespectful and rude and caused me to be very emotional, upset, and also I felt as if I was treated like a criminal in front of my children, staff, and other guests. The way the staff handled the issue including customer service at guest check in was with a negative not caring attitude I felt as if I was being discriminated and treated like trash and I have never ever been treated this way.! At the end my children and I ended up walking out of the hotel with such an embarrassment feeling and knowing that the staff didn’t care how they made me feel including how I was emotional at the desk made me very very upset.

I ended up leaving the hotel with the same clothes I wore from the day before, I also had no socks on as I wasn’t given any time to put them on. Considering that I paid in advance and even gave them an additional hold payment there was no need for them to treat me this way especially in front of my. children. The business practice of this facility is unethical, and I feel as if I SEXUALLY harassed because of the way they told me to get my clothes on as I stood there behind the door naked. The look they gave me and the laugh and comments between them made me uncomfortable.

Desired outcome: Apologize and reimbursement
