Contracts dated/ signed on October 26, 2020 is in DocUsign Envelope ID 05do5d2c-e807-4a92-8f84-d6668124cf05. Jaymee Harper, employee of Safe Home Security (SHS) mailed me DocUsign number 31B30791-00b4-4c9d-88c6-7d2935498730, which contains different information from the contract I signed. A certificate of completion for the emailed contract doesn't exist with DocUsign. I contacted Jaymee Harper and haven't heard back regarding this contract he emailed to me.

Jaymee Harper provided me with a Waiver and Deferred Billing Agreement which states "I understand that Jaymee Harper (representative) is not affiliated with and is not a representative of my current alarm monitoring company" and "I understand that Safeguard America is not affiliated with, nor has purchased or taken over my current alarm monitoring company"; however, I spoke to Amanda, in SHS billing on November 4, 2020 and she said "your account number is *516 and we've billed your bank account on a month to month basis for over a year." Upon inquiring, I discovered Security Systems is Safeguard America and owned by David G. Roman (who also owns Safe Home Security). I believed my alarm company was Security Equity Services at the on October 26, 2020.

I sent in a contract "opt out" and SHS is disregarding it and using my old contract to force me into paying for an alarm service that isn't working. I spoke to SHS employee, Dana who stated "…I see you sent in a cancelation, everything was processed, your account rolled into a year term that is going close out January 9, 2021. When I offered information regarding my October 26, 2020 contract she told me"Not that contract, but the other that I' m talking to you about. This is an automatic renewal that was done back in January. In Texas If you don't cancel within 60 days of the term date that you are currently in it with automatically renew. You never sent in a cancelation as of November 2019 So January 20 you were in a year roll. So that is why it goes until January 2021."

SHS is collecting and billing for fees, charges, or expenses for services provided during a time period when my home isn't being monitored by a home security system.

I require refund of $721.00 and cancelation of contract on OPT OUT date of October 26, 2020 per contract instructions
