Safe and Sound Visitation review: Criminal behavior

I am filing a complaint against the company's owner, Carol Lumahan, and monitor, Dana Davis. I have had ongoing issues with this company when I requested they follow their own company's policies and procedures when I requested in my initial intake form and interview that they would not take my children to the non-custodial parent's home due to safety concerns for my daughters as there has been history of child abuse. The company disregarded my concerns and brought my children there against their wishes. Again when this was brought up the company's manager was adamant that she was following her polices, but in the parent handbook the visitation will take place in an agreed upon location and I was to be notified. Their company has been so much of an issue that I requested a new facility through the courts in which the owner wrote in a statement that she was "Personally offended."

The incident that took place was during a supervised visit with non custodial parent. My great grandmother and I packed the kids lunch with their usual lunchables and flavored milk drinks along with their backpacks. Just before the pick up time, I was informed to meet them there because police were involved, when I requested more information, she insisted the police will brief me. After driving through traffic and being at the requested location then owner then texts me to go to pick up location. Upon arrival I asked the monitor what happened that my daughter was so distraught. She explained that she was too exhausted to discuss the incident and that she had been up for 24 hours on three other visitation supervision. Again, I was intentionally excluded from the incident.

When we got home, but daughter was still crying and said she didn't want anyone taking them away from me. I didn't understand why until she explained to me that the non-custodial parent placed a bag of pills into their lunch box, when my daughter told the monitor THREE times that it belonged to the non custodial parent, the monitor told the child to be quiet and proceeded to call police. They intentionally orchestrated this and planted the drugs inside the lunchbox and called police to have the children taken away from me. This company needs to removed so that this may never happen to anyone else should they have a personal vendetta towards you for requesting they follow their own polices. I now have to defend myself in this matter and may possibly lose my children to the non custodial parent who has a history of child abuse, domestic violence with other minor children, has active restraining orders for assaulting another woman, all because they felt personally insulted. I am reporting them to all platforms and every media outpost until my justice is heard and my innocence regarded as it always has been prior to this incident.

They have violated many California family codes and rules of courts. And are not licensed to run this program.
