Between April 17 and June 28 it took 26 emails to receive the RMA. The product was returned per their label and instructions on June 28 at my expense. The USPS advised they had delivered the package on July 24 and had a signed receipt by a Ryoko employee. Since July 24 there has been 16 emails and still no refund.

Fernando Rey Punta, among others have stated the refund would be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Yet in five months there has been no refund.

Their product warranty also states 30-day satisfaction guarantee. I notified them of my need to return the item within an hour of receiving it - immediately upon learning my cellphone provider had recently changed their services and no longer provided that service.

Despite their "no hassle" return policy, I paid to return the item and it has now been 8.5 months.

Desired outcome: Full refund
