I bought a brand new Ryobi self propelled lawn mower from Home depot. Unfortunately it went out and I had a warranty up to five years. However. I am running into a problem having to go out of my way to take it miles to their service center. I then was informed by the service center that they didn't have the parts to repair it and they would replace it with a new one. However, that was back in July 2023 and now it's Oct 2023 and I still haven't received my replacement as promised. I called their service center that I dropped off the lawn mower to and they said they still haven't recieved it and to give Ryobi a call. I am on the site and no luck getting thru. However in the past I felt they were just blowing me off. Now I feel this way again. For a warranty you shouldn't have to wait months and months. I would like either my full money I paid or the replacement they promised. But I would like to just have the money instead. And them to just cut me a check. This warranty with Ryobi is annoying and useless. When they fail to stand by it. Inconvienancing people and misleading. Very dissapointed how their handling of warranties is beyond these wait times and ineffective. What is a warranty for?

Desired outcome: A check so I can buy another brand with a more reputable company that treats it's customers fair and honors their warranties.
