RXO and Samsung review: Refrigerator delivery continuously pushed back

I ordered a smart fridge with a family hub from Samsung on December 4th 2022. The fridge along with a set of water filters was supposed be delivered by Dec 19th 2022 (since it was a Christmas gift). Today is Jan 23rd, the day it should have been delivered according to the latest reschedule. Since the 19th of December I've gotten the same excuse over and over... that the product is not at the warehouse or that there was no space in the delivery truck. I've reached out to both RXO and Samsung and escalated for the 3rd time now. For some reason they have no record of the past escalations and refuse to share documentation with me. I've also been promised call backs from managers/escalation teams, and have never gotten a call back. At this point I requested a receipt or consent form that I could use to personally pick up the fridge from either the warehouse or a Samsung store and they have also refused this. I don't know what else to do. I just want my fridge...

Desired outcome: My fridge to be delivered as soon as possible, with step by step updates of where it is.
