Hi, my name is Jaime and Rushmore was my mortgage company; the property was sold on December 2021, and an escrow refund was issued to me. unfraternally the check was mailed to the previous home address, but I was no longer there. I collected the check from the new homeowners on September 6th unfortunately it had expired on 1/31/22. On September 7th I called Rushmore customer service and talked to a representative I explained the situation and she updated all my new information. also was informed that a request was issued, and a check will mail next day, and I should receive it in approximately 10 days. After waiting 22 days and no check. I called Rushmore again on September 29th and talked to Jasmin, she stated that the request was denied because the first representative did something wrong but that she will request another check to be reissued and I will receive it on October 19th. I advise Jasmin that I wouldn't wait another month for the refund. I called Rushmore back the next day and then I was informed that a check was issued and mailed September 23rd, and I should receive it in a day or two. Again, on October 7th Called Rushmore one more time and advised Mary that the check was never received. She also mentioned that it was mailed on the 23rd to the correct address. (PO Box). Again, after waiting another 10 days still no refund check (1590.07) Today October 17th, I talked to the supervisor Josh who claimed again that the check was issued and mailed on the 23rd from Irvine CA, again advised no check was ever received he now mentioned that he will request another check for the 3rd time and will send it via UPS. My complaint is that after more than 30 days and several calls I keep hearing the same story that they will reissue the check and will be mail. Everyone is apologetic about the situation but as of today the escrow refund has not been receive and it seems that they do not care for this matter since the loan paid off already.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive the refund check within the next couple days, I think more that 30 days is more than enough
