Ruby Tuesday review: Sticky ribs badly burnt

We ordered sticky ribs and fries. The fries were good, The ribs were burnt so bad there was no meat on them that was eatable, the server Toni J never came back to the table, to check on us are how the meal was. My wife went and found her and told her we were ready to leave. 10 mins. later she arrived with the bill. we told her her that we couldn't eat that they were burnt to badly She stated she would let them know, took my card and charged the $25.90 to it. I had a real ragged one dollar bill, I left it as to where she wouldn't forget us because it was like the service (rough.)

We eat at Ruby Tuesday in Aiken S.C. often and never had anything like this to happen. They come by often to insure all is well. Never had service like anywhere before. Just felt U needed to know, Thanks Charles Miles
