I found this company on the Internet doing a Google Search. I placed an order for a Stone heater. The page indicated that it wasn't out of stock. After I placed the order I received a confirmation. It said shipping would be 3-5 days. After about 3 days I had not hear anything from the company. I sent an e-mail to check status and to get a tracking number. I received the following polite e-mail.
Greetings Chad,

Your order is on hold awaiting the arrival of our stone heater shipment. It should be delivered to us within a few days and upon their arrival, I will make sure your order is completed and on its way to you. Our customers who reside in TN normally receive their order within one to two days from the day we send it out. I apolgize for the inconvience however the order delay is due to a sudden increase in orders plus numerous new stone with kit inquiries. RubRocks hancrafted basalt and marble were feautured in an article this past month in Massage Magazine. We are surprised at the large response but are thankful as well.

I sent them the money for a very large order and got the run around over the phone. They do not respond to email. I contacted the Better Business Burreau about them and several others had made similar complaints. Am considering a lawsuit to get my money back. Their company was contacted at least 25 times by me and 5 times by the BB of Fort Worth without a response. Rubrocks is a scam company that everyone should run away from doing business with.

Rubrocks also ripped me off--not only they did not send me the ordered products, they kept the money they charged.

I ordered a hot stone set from them and was charged on Sept. 24th. I first left a message and an email and no one responded. I left another email saying that I wanted my money back if nobody responded and within hours I got a response saying that they were having "severe issues" on their end and that he would look into the issue and get back with me. I ended up calling after 5 days of no communication (on a Monday)and insisted that my money be refunded if I didn't receive a phone call that day. An hour later a woman called and said that she was going to up my shipping to priority so that I'd get my stones by last Wednesday. It is now Monday, October 25th and I just received them and they are the worst looking stones I have ever seen! I was referred to them by my place of work. I have since informed my work about the service and stones. They will never be referring anyone to this company again and neither will I. I highly caution anyone to order from this company.
