My wife and I started the process of purchasing a vehicle from RU Japan in October 2022. After we paid the initial deposit, we were informed that the vehicle that we paid for had been sold and a replacement vehicle would be identified. Since then, it has been a most horrible experience. We finally asked for a refund of our money in December and it has not been forthcoming. We have heard excuse after excuse from them and quite frankly I am now beginning to believe that this company is a scam.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the USD $2000.00 that has been paid to the company
