This is my 2nd attempt to reach RRCA to correct the unfinish job. I had direct contact with Mr. John Wallace, president of RRCA on March 12, 2021, and he assigned Garrett Swank as the site Manager for the job. Mr. Swank came to my house and seen the areas that needed to be corrected.

I was told by him that the roof gable will be covered with vinyl to cover the Sheetmetal that was installed, new sheetrock in the den and laundry room ceiling.

Mr. Swank stated that he will get back to me to correct these areas, he never did.

I then contacted Mr. Wallace about the unfinish job at my house, and sent him photos of what was done. They put the wrong color roll on tile, exposed sheetmetal, gap in laundry room celling and no sheetrock in den ceiling He informed that he will check into this. I've tried several times to reach out to him, but no reply.

On Feb 2,2022, I called the main office in Naples fla, and requested to speak to Mr. Wallace. The receptionist ask why I wanted to speak to Mr. Wallace?

I mentioned of the help that I got from him in March. I was informed that he hasn't been in the office in a few months. No one has called me as of to date. This is why I'm filing another compliant. I'm a 60 percent disable, 24 year USAF vet, and feel that this is not fair to be treated as such. Mr Wallace was the only one helping me, and now he cannot.

Desired outcome: I just want my roof and interior areas to be completed and not half fast. I don't think I'm asking for much.
