This company is absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time or money!
My aunt purchased an A/C unit from this company, and after only one year, it stopped working. The warranty they advertise has been no help at all. Instead of honoring it, they're trying to charge her $195 just to send a technician out to perform a diagnostic.
A warranty should provide peace of mind — not leave customers paying more when the product fails so quickly. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

I didn't want to give them 1 star! It made me!
