Dear Customers,
I am here to aware customer who trapped by routesms.com everyday. I am sharing my experience. They will offer you very cheap price.which is attract us a lot. But what happen after that, say you paid some amount.. they will give you balance.
Just after few days, it will start doing problem, like everyday, it will stopped and not working and in long Queue in SMS sent.
then, they will ask for few test once again. Now they will offer you increase the price to get good route. As you paid, then you are bound to get them. My life gonna hell by getting huge customer complaint. No message has sent or delivered.
I told them, i will sue legally, but they doesnt even care about it. Their support team will not respond you properly.
think 200% times before purchase SMS from routesms. They are tremendously fraud and cheat.

RouteSMS is the worst supplier i have ever seen ... very very very bad support and not trusted at all ... they are taking money and not delivering the sms
I am Distributor / Reseller for Bulk SMS in India. Since Last two months there service to promotional and transactional sms are facing lots of issues.
Even from 6th Dec 2015 - 7th Dec 2015 their Services stopped fully working.
All the APIs connected to the transactional account has fully stopped resulting no delivery of Transactional SMS.
All the clients under our reseller accounts are affected resulting our Brand Image poor due to routesms.
Even their support team and marketing managers don't know when the services will be up ?
Can't understand what to do ?

RouteSMS had refund my US$ 100 and I may certify that they are not cheating company. I wish their all success in business.

Also for us routesms is a cheater. We bought a big value of SMS because of their price around 700 EURO.
When we started to send SMS the route was not working and they charged us and also they starte to increase the price 10 times of the price that we started to work. Now they have blocked our route and we are not able to send SMS and also kept us 400 EUR.
We will start some legal actions but we are consulting how we can get a big win and some money back for the image we lost.
they cheat with me US$ 100, don't do any deal with this cheating company, BEWARE.

Well Sounds really SAD that competitor can go to this level to spoil someone name. RouteSms is now 10 years old company and doing business . i'm client of routesms since last 5 years and never had any issue
Hello! I'm Alexandru Stefan. Routesms are really cheaters! I first bought the economical route which is very cheap but 99% of the SMS failed, so even if the price would be 0, it's still useless. After being angry for a while, i said to myself ok, let's say they are right, i should have tested first, being an economical route. I upgraded to worldwide account after being told that this route really sends worldwide and i received a list of countries and prices. Prices were higher but at least the delivery was good. Well, this didn't last long neither. The list of countries and prices that i received is now useless, as they change prices every day, sometimes more times in a day. You buy and pay for a list and for some prices, but then those prices change every day. No serious company does that. When you pay for something, the company can't just change the prices whenever they want. Basically, they can do whatever they want, they change prices when they want so you have no guarantee. You don't know what you payed for. Conclusion: do not EVER buy from routesms. Fortunately, i own a popular site where i wanted to implement the SMS service from them. But now, i'll use the popularity of my site to promote negative reviews on this forum and other forums where people complain about routesms.

My advice to all customer & client before doing business read all article on fraud.

same here, anyone can help us to take legal action. Thought its says its cheap but they are real scam by not giving you refund of undelivered SMS. I am also seeking for legal action, anyone can help me. When i asked for refund my legal volume, they will start playing with like tom and jerry, Supports team, account manager, management. truly ###.
