Someone here complained about a transaction with Neverest Labs and Rouletii Ragdolls (owner: Desirae Pausma). I bought a kitten from Desirae this summer, picked him up in September and am extremely pleased with both my kitten and interactions with the cattery. She has been nothing but fair to me and I am so appreciative. I highly recommend anyone in Wisconsin seeking a champion-line labrador retriever or ragdoll kitten should contact Desirae. She and her family are the nicest people.

I see no reason for people to attack the poster. They could post their opinions, but I commonly see CB posts go overboard into attacking people's character. I just deal with the facts. I don't go as far as to attack a poster's character, even if they do or do not attack a person's character in their own posts.

Also, I can tell most posters are non-attorneys. Why? The way they talk about contracts.

Lemon Laws, my friends. And for those of you who are wronged by breeders but don't know how to go about it, refer the Lemon Laws and file in circuit court. You will get your money back out of the breeder. Lemon Laws put responsibilities on breeders for selling a healthy product. File within a year and file within the breeder's state.

The court can determine the situation and assess fairness to your individual case- not these individuals on CB who aim to make a poster feel bad. That's unnecessary and disrespectful to the situation the poster went through, if indeed they went through that experience.

I bought a five month old altered male from this breeder, and absolutely love my boy! He's healthy, vibrant, and a great dispositioned cat. I have intent to eventually purchase a second kitten.

I don't believe this person, when she says the kitten could not have gotten sick in her home! Of course it could have! There are many reasons a kitten may become I'll. Every home carries potential environment that a pet may become I'll. We all do our best to reduce any likelihood of illness, but it can happen.

This person is a breeders nightmare. Breeders put their who self into their programs. The time and money spent rarely profitable. They do it for their passion. There is only the reward of much loved pets to make it worthwhile.

When a disgruntled buyer attempts to cause great damage to a breeders reputation, there is so much at stake for the breeder. I call this persons words outright slander. The heartache for Deserae can be beyond the financial realities. It was a poor dealing, on the buyers part, and she wants to blame anyone but herself.

I highly recommend Rouletii, as a place to buy a wonderful, happy, healthy Ragdoll!

@Zachary S. People have a right to an opinion yes, this is a free country and free speech is part of what our society is centered on. However, when you use that freedom to encroach on someone else's freedom using blatantly false statements, (which seems to me like this is a personal vendetta) you loose those rights to free speech. Its like restaurant reviews. You can say "The food was bad" or "The staff was lazy and my food was cold." But you cannot lie, you cannot use free speech to unjustly tarnish or ruin someone’s reputation. Read some of the other statements animal lover1 has made they speak for themselves. She calls her "A disgusting human being" "Has dogs stacked on crates waiting to be bred." A person operating any sort of Mill is not going to invite clients into their home and show you where the animals are bred and mature. I have been to her home where she breeds the animals and these statements are simply not true. Nor is a greedy Mill breeder going to donate their animals to a large charity, it would draw unnecessary attention themselves in a state with a renown reputation for reporting and despising puppy mills. Had the accusations been true, one phone tip to any animal cruelty hotline from this individual claiming abuse would have shut down this breeder years ago. The fact that it has not is proof in itself. And as a result of this person's complaints, the fourth google result you get now for Rouletii Ragdolls is a "Rouletii ragdolls Complaints - Kitty Mill" And one last point to stress again, if this breeder is so horrible, then why the heck did she get a second kitten from the same breeder?

I completely agree that this breeder is being unfairly singled out. The previous poster animal lover1 has made numerous slanderous and unnecessarily rude claims against this breeder. (yes, accusing a breeder of being an animal mill to damage their reputation with no grounds to do so is slander) Purchasing a pet is always a bit of a gamble, your experience was unfortunate but its one of the risks of getting a pet. I've read your other complaints (though I'd rather call them rantings) and its painted a fairly picture of what’s really happening here. You bought a kitten, something happened and you were unhappy. When you complained you were probably directed to the contract you had to sign when buying a kitten, and discovered you were responsible for the vet bills. When this made you upset you decided to try and damage this breeders reputation by calling her 'An animal Mill' 'Money grabbing' and 'uncaring.' Thankfully I'm glad to see how everyone else who has read these comments also disagree with you and know that this breeder has been doing a great job raising healthy litters. I also speak from personal experience; I'm petting my one year old ragdoll we purchased from Rouletii Ragdolls on my lap as I am typing this. Again it’s too bad your kitten experience was bad, but it right for you to try and damage someone’s passion and livelihood to satisfy your own agenda. One more thing I just don't understand, if your experience had really been that horrible why did you purchase a second cat from the same breeder?

I am glad you have had such a positive transaction w/ms Pausma, I on the other had didnt, I in fact did have over a $500.00 vet bill for my first cat, before I took my cat to the vet I did put another deposit on a 2nd cat and a dog, my second cat is fine, My problems w/Ms pausma are the fact that she acted like my cat getting so sick was my fault, I dont think that was the case. The vet had a laundry load of things that my cat was suffering from that came from the breeders, nothing that could of been contracted at my home I did ask for a refund of my deposits but was told no so I did get my 2nd cat she is great... if you dont want to believe me that is ok...just posting my experience. As for her being this wonderful breeder, ask her what happened to Twinkle star, the female she breed 3 times within 6 months that couldnt carry her litters to term and miscarried all 3 times, WHY because the breeder she got her from wouldnt give her a full refund (not sure what has happened since) so she had to "GET HER MONEY BACK OUT OF HER if you dont beleive me...that is your choice... These are my personal dealings with her that is all, im not slandering her at all...she is a breeder plain and simple I was hoping that when i told my friends where i was getting my kittens they asked if it was a BREEDER that was "the bad ones" i always tried to defend her and say she wasnt like that but...
