I have registered with an Independent College called Rosebank College situation in Johannesburg, Braamfontein.
I have since been experiencing one problem from another, I have completed my registration fee yet I have not received my e-books yet, nor can I log into their online platform where all the learning takes place, I keep coming across certain errors. I have since went to the Campus back and forth since February 25th and March 11th 2022 I have still not received any help. I have sent countless emails but still haven't gotten a helpful response. I am afraid I'm falling behind with my studies I don't know what to do anymore
