This has continued to be ignored by your Community/Property mgr. Lexi Taton. Currently there are late fees again added to my account after she instructed me through her office worker to over night my November rent to Clickpay so it would not be late. It arrived on November 4th and I was charged a late fee of $39.65 (late fees are $50) on the 5th of November which is a breach of my lease and the payment was on time. Then there was another $100.00 added. The ledger for November is misleading to make it appear my Cashiers check was received on the 14th when per my bank print out it was cashed by Colony Club on the 14th. My postal tracking and Clickpay verified the Cashiers check was received on November 4th.

My account to pay online was locked after I paid $2053.57 online by credit card October 5th to cover the lost money orders ($1179.00) the office worker Sarah Solimon retrieved from me on September 8th and my October rent and all late fees that were never reflected as removed on my October rent as promised by Lexi Taton. Mysteriously on October 12th the three money orders that could not be found showed up on my Clickpay account causing it to reflect late fees and NSF charges. The rent was already paid and I do not understand how the money orders just showed up. Lexi was informed via email of these fees and my inquiry of not being able to pay my November rent. She emailed and stated she’d take off the fees but never answered why I could not pay online.

Due to no one in the office responding to my calls or voicemails I came to the office and she informed her office workers to tell me I had too many

NSF charges and Clickpay has to unlock the account. She was aware that she had removed these fees the day before and was aware of the entire situation of the money orders, her instructions to me that led to the bogus fees. I contacted Clickpay again while in the office and they continued to state that RPM/property manager at Colony Club blocked the account and has to remove it.

Now we are in December and again there are fees as I previously mention that I’m expected to pay that are unjustified and I followed the instructions of your organizations employee that has caused me extra money, time away from work and inconvenience of finding help from legal counsel, consumer advocacy and the Attorney Generals Office in Ohio since Lexi Taton and RPM Living has not assisted or properly managed this situation since September.

I have all documentation of the entire case from Sept. to present. I have been asking that my account be unlocked since November 1, 2023 and my lawyer has sent a written request to unlock the account and remove the late fees so my December rent is correct of $944 and change and not $1080.65 when nothing was late.

I have been a resident for 8 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

All I want is what my lawyer has asked on my behalf.
